Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

My 7 Day Reset is a digital program delivered with immediate, full access upon purchase. Because the entire program is available the moment you pay, all sales are final and non-refundable. The $19.97 one-time payment is not refundable under any circumstances.

Why No Refunds

When you purchase, you instantly receive all 7 days of meal plans, workouts, mindset reflections, the progress dashboard, journaling tools, and community access. Since this digital content cannot be "returned," we are unable to issue refunds once access is granted.

Account Access Recovery

If you have already purchased and are having trouble reaching your dashboard, you do not need a refund — your access is permanent. To recover it:

• Log in with the exact email address you used at checkout.
• If you forgot your password, reset it from the login screen.
• If you still can't get in, email support@mysevendayreset.com and we'll help restore access.

Defective Access

If a technical issue on our side prevents you from accessing the program you paid for, contact us and we will resolve the issue or provide a remedy at our discretion.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Most access issues can be resolved quickly through support.
